We have developed an innovative system to colour the pores of a wood species differently than the mirror of the wood.
The problem here is to finish large surfaces (3050 x 1220 mm) evenly, mechanically and reproducibly. Especially because of the requirement to keep the pores completely open.
The veneer surfaces are finished to a thickness of approx. 1.0 mm so that they can then be glued to any desired substrate (sheet material).
