The backing system was introduced on new carpet tiles Beam + Braid as a new option for specifiers looking to meet the need of today's spaces where we work, learn and collaborate. ComfortWorxTM Carpet Tile (Modular) features a backing system made of polymer-modified bitumen, laminated with a recycled fibre matrix pad containing 90% post-consumer material. it provides sound-insulating and underfoot comfort properties and has a fibreglass reinforcing layer. Available with EcoSolution Q or EcoSolution Q100 yarn (100% recycled content fibre).
